Tom & Mary Norton

For more than a decade Tom Norton used to be the President & CEO for the Association of Canadian Community Colleges – now called Colleges and Institutes Canada, and Mary’s specialty was educational planning. Together the husband and wife duo did education and TVET-related consulting on projects for the Asian Development Bank, Industry Canada, the Canadian International Development Agency, GOPA Germany, SDC Switzerland, the Association of Universities and Colleges in Canada, the Association of Canadian Communities and Colleges, the International Development and Research Canada, Qatar Foundation, SMEC Australia, SKM Australia, PINZ New Zealand, Coffey International, Path International and the Swiss Development Corporation. Tom & Mary worked on projects in Canada, Cambodia, Philippines, New Zealand, Hawaii, the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Thailand, Brunei, Oman, Qatar, Indonesia, Malaysia, Jordan, Israel and Palestine and Vietnam.
